Rekordbox
Última actualización
briDJe reads the Rekordbox SQLite database directly. Rekordbox must be installed and have been opened at least once so the database exists.
What briDJe imports
- All tracks in your library
- Hot cues and memory cues
- Loops and loop points
- Beat grids and BPM values
- Track metadata (title, artist, BPM, key, genre, album, label, year)
- Playlists and folder structure
Default library location
| OS | Path |
|---|---|
| macOS | ~/Library/Pioneer/rekordbox/master.db |
| Windows | C:\Users\[you]\AppData\Roaming\Pioneer\rekordbox\master.db |
Import steps
- Open briDJe and go to Import → Import Library (
Cmd+I/Ctrl+I) - Select Rekordbox from the source buttons
- Click Browse and navigate to
master.db - Tick Import playlists if you want to bring in your playlist and folder structure
- Click Import
briDJe never modifies your Rekordbox database — it reads only.
Notes
Encrypted database: Rekordbox uses an encrypted database (SQLcipher). briDJe ships with the necessary decryption library on both macOS and Windows — no extra setup needed.
If Rekordbox is open while you import, close it first to avoid file locking issues.
Troubleshooting
Import shows no tracks — Make sure Rekordbox has been opened at least once so the database has been created. Confirm you’re selecting master.db, not a folder.
