Who handles your information
bridje.io LLC handles information associated with briDJe licensing and support. Contact [email protected] for privacy requests. Purchases are currently disabled. For future purchases through Creem, Creem separately handles payment information under its own Privacy Notice.
Local libraries
Ordinary library editing and conversion take place on your computer. Your music files and library metadata are not uploaded for those operations. If you send a file, screenshot or diagnostic information to support, we receive what you submit. Remove information you do not want to share.
Licensing and support
The licensing service processes email addresses, license identifiers, device identifiers and optional device names, platform and app version, activation history and security records including hashed IP addresses. We use these to provide licensing, manage device limits and prevent abuse. Support inquiries contain the contact details and information you choose to send.
Purchases and providers
The planned purchase flow processes customer contact details, order references, payment status, amounts and currency to fulfill purchases and handle billing issues. Payment details are entered through hosted checkout, not the desktop app. Our commerce infrastructure uses Cloudflare for hosting and API services, Neon for database storage and Resend for transactional email. Creem checkout has its own data practices. We do not sell personal information or use music libraries for advertising.
Website and communications
The website remembers language preferences. The Creem review version does not set new affiliate-attribution cookies. Existing cookies can be cleared in your browser. Hosting services process technical connection data, and fonts load from Google Fonts. Essential licensing and service messages are separate from optional marketing; marketing requires a separate choice and offers an unsubscribe mechanism.
Retention and your rights
Information is retained as needed for licensing, support, security and applicable legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or other handling by emailing [email protected]. We may verify identity first. Legal obligations may limit deletion, and deletion may affect licensing or support. Providers may process data outside your country. Where applicable, you may complain to your data-protection authority.
