Terms of Service

Who provides briDJe
briDJe is provided by bridje.io LLC. Contact [email protected] for product or purchase support, and [email protected] for legal questions. Purchases are not currently enabled. We plan to offer checkout through Creem as merchant of record; its Buyer Terms will govern transactions made through that checkout. These terms govern the software.
Price and license
The planned price is $80 USD, paid once, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. The purchase grants one person permanent, non-exclusive, non-transferable use of briDJe v1 on up to two computers at a time, including all v1 updates. There is no recurring subscription charge. A device can be deactivated to free its activation slot.
Try your workflow first
The free tier permits exports of up to 15 tracks without a time limit. Evaluate your library workflow before buying. Supported transfers depend on the source and destination formats and versions. Keep independent backups and review exported results.
Refunds
briDJe does not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact [email protected] with your order reference for duplicate charges, delivery problems, defects or other purchase issues. Refunds for Creem transactions are processed through Creem, subject to its buyer terms and applicable law. A refunded purchase no longer provides a paid license entitlement. Your own music files remain yours.
Activation and offline use
Paid activation requires internet access. License status is periodically verified while online. A signed license token allows offline use for its remaining validity, up to 14 days from successful verification. An outage does not restart that period. Contact support if activation or recovery fails; proof of ownership may be required to change licensing details.
Permitted use
Use briDJe for personal or professional DJ work with material you are authorized to use. Do not redistribute or resell the software, share license keys or bypass licensing controls, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Third-party DJ applications and trademarks belong to their respective owners; briDJe is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Reliability and liability
Back up your libraries before editing or exporting. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, briDJe is provided as-is, without a guarantee of compatibility with every third-party format or future version. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your license. This does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination and continuity
Licenses may be suspended or terminated for material misuse, sharing, resale or fraud, subject to applicable law. Permanent v1 use is not a guarantee of perpetual hosted services. If we discontinue briDJe, we intend to release its source and provide a final version that works without our activation servers. Our plan for a scheduled shutdown includes a 90-day transition. Material policy changes will be published with an effective date.
